For 2010 I have joined Project52 and each week I’ll be adding some new photography to my blog here. This was shot on Christmas Eve with available light for a 20 second exposure using my trusty D70. I like the overall effect and subject matter but the color balance is god awful. I originally liked the car tail lights in the image but more and more they look amateurish to me.  Certainly this is not professional level imagery.  ...

Today I’m trying out Windows Live Writer, which is a free software package from Microsoft.  Yes, Microsoft does give away software from time to time.   This one is meant for putting up posts on Microsoft Live Blogs (this is not one) but it also supports other kinds.  So far it hasn’t allowed me to italicize a word but it does offer a groovy wysiwyg editor which is nice.  Oh dang, I couldn’t bold “wysiwyg editor” just now.  ...

Another quick change to the blog look this evening. One of the wonders of a Wordpress installation, of course. You never have to stick with a look you’re not liking. I’ve had basically the same haircut for like decades but atleast my website can change every week if I want to. Sometimes it’s the little things you know!

This past week I got to launch the website for UDOFIT, a personal trainer and private fitness facility here in South Orange County.  Corona Del Mar to be exact.  Working through the process with the owner Mike was a lot of fun.  Looking forward to doing a photoshoot with Mike in the coming weeks to add some more content.  Please have a look and let me know your thoughts.
